Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary depending on your country and order value. Final shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Norway: 1–3 business days

Scandinavia: 1–3 business days

Europe: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & Duties
All orders shipped within Norway and the EU are free from customs fees. For orders outside the EU, local customs or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days from the date you received your product. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

To return an item: Send us an email with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, we’ll issue a return shipping label for you to use.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered – but if you change your mind, we’ve made returns easy.

Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@itskaos.com with your order number and details of what you’d like to return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).

3. Once we’ve received and approved the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
