About the Job

As a Digital Coordinator at KAOS, you will play a key role in developing our digital platforms. You will work on optimizing e-commerce KPIs such as ATC, CVR, and AOV, ensuring our websites and digital customer journey are always top-notch. This full-time position is based at our office in Oslo.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Planning, designing, and publishing content across our digital channels (website, social media, Google, etc.).
  • Optimizing category and landing pages.
  • Integrating back-end product setups with our front-end system.
  • Optimizing product presentation across all channels.
  • Creating, exporting, and importing products, as well as updating product information and images.
  • Monitoring and continuously updating websites.
  • Preparing and uploading content and creating landing pages.
  • Project management of various e-commerce projects.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong interest in e-commerce and wants to make e-commerce their career.
  • Has education or experience in e-commerce. Experience with CMS (Shopify/Centra/e-commerce systems) is a plus but not required.
  • Has a good understanding of the digital customer journey across various platforms (Google, Meta, CRM, website, and physical store).
  • Is tech-savvy and experienced with Excel and Apple products.
  • Is driven, self-motivated, and a collaborative “doer,” like the rest of the team.
  • Is structured, detail-oriented, and strives for excellence in everything you do.
  • Speaks and writes both Norwegian and English fluently.
